Not quite yet. Unless it happened just this year.

Looks like it changed last year from 0% coverage to 75% coverage. The "location" of the hole also moved slightly. It's a tremendous improvement. I'd consider it closed just not fully filled up.

I disagree. Cop's in most cases would separate and assess the situation, but if the slapper clearly isn't going to do it again and the victim doesn't escalate, the cop is not arresting anyone.

It's standard police procedure to separate the parties in domestic violence disputes even if things have calmed down. Usually means arresting someone if they have probable cause.

https://cops.usdoj.gov/html/dispatch/10-2020/domestic_violence_101.html

Of course there's times they don't do it, and people end up dead. I highly doubt you're going to get to walk free if you actually do it while the cop witnesses it themselves.

Or if we get into prescription insurance deductibles, things get more complicated depending on whether youre talking about Medicare or not.

Medicare Prescription insurance pays nothing until your deductible is hit, then it pays most of the cost after that. But after a while, you enter the donut hole and they stop paying again. But then after a little while longer they DO start paying again. Then it resets on the first of the year.
I thought the ACA got rid of the donut hole.

Now this is a stupid premise. I'm not in favor of outlawing weed. I am very very very much in favor of outlawing slapping people esp for no good fucking reason. If I get arrested for weed, the problem is the law is unjust. If I don't get arrested for slapping someone, the problem is the law enforcement is unjust.

Yeah man you just don't understand nuance, you can't boil conviction rates for assault in the US down to a yes or no answer. You're inventing a binary situation where context & different situations apply each & every time that affects whether one actually goes to prison or not.

You don't know the answer without extrapolating the privilege of millionaires as the entirety of your position which just makes you look like the unhinged annoying "leftist" that Fox News complains about. As if millionaires just never get charged & go to prison for commiting crimes too. Two tiered justice systems do exist & should be criticized, yet if I walked up & slapped Chris Rock, neither you nor me can predict if I'll go to prison over it. This isn't minority report lol.

I mean you probably wouldn't go to prison. That's not really what I was suggesting. I don't think it's unreasonable or radical to want millionaires to suffer the same legal consequences normal people would. Will Smith didn't suffer any.

In fact the slap might not have happened at all if Will Smith thought he'd get escorted out in cuffs.

Price has gone up lately and those rooms have beds in them. I wouldn't pay for it personally. The price is comparable to airfare while taking longer. However, my current ingrown toenail is actually entirely unpainful. I wouldn't even know it was happening if I didn't randomly notice my toe bleeding. It's on my second toe, compared to my last one being on my big toe, so maybe that plays a part.
Ah yeah I never had one that wasn't on my big toe. It makes sense that it would be less painful though.

Also, you seriously didn't include Laguna and party as a single entry? I get FF8 is often considered "forgotten" by you literally put BOTH SEIFER AND EDEA in the poll so you clearly did NOT forget FF8.

I didn't even remember Seifer BEING a party member. Probably cause he wasn't controllable as was a tutorial snark.
Laguna never joins up with the party I guess. He's like a flashback that you can play. The Kalm incident is also technically a flashback but at least Cloud was there, even if he was a little confused about where he was standing.
