Add that to Adreneline being a unique resource to manage and I think it's fair to say she's actually the most complicated agent. But, there probably is a point to saying its overcomplicated. Hmm trial Pan Yinhu runs 4 piece Proto Punk and 2 piece Astral Voice, but Prydwen suggests swapping those or even using 4 piece Swing Jazz so Im not sure which set is best It depends on what your third teammate with him is. Since you don't have Astra you probably won't be using someone else with it so Astral Voice is fine, Proto Punk you can use if you already have that. I don't think 4pc Swing Jazz is very good on him because his chain attack takes forever. 2pc Swing Jazz is but if you don't max out his buff which is I think 3200 attack, then use a 2pc attack. paperwarior posted... I seem to really be failing the business sim. It took forever to reach the target for 27. Products run out and the materials to make them run out. It doesn't seem like I can just leave stuff idling until the next day. I want this over with so the screen doesn't flicker continuously in the Temple area. Yeah this is the portion I found buying materials was helpful. | HeroDelTiempo17 06/16/25 1:39:19 PM #168 | So for this week's Hollow Zero run I tried the new Aftershock gear since Miyabi is one of the featured agents and I noticed they gave her a specialized Aftershock equipment? The gear itself gives you this new assist mechanic that lets your other teammates do a Quick Assist as an Aftershock instead of tagging in, which seemed interesting enough. Well... 1) Including Astra on the team completely breaks the mechanic because her assists overwrite these, lmao 2) It completely bricked my run because the buffs were straight up not good enough to clear Miasma Priest within 3.5 minutes (which makes some sense because it's an anti-Miyabi boss, however Vivian + Nicole I thought should be very good on him...on my next run not using these buffs (and with Astra) I got it done with over a minute to spare) 3) It just seems...very clunky and not worth it. You now have to double tap to complete a quickswap, moreover agents like Vivian where the strength of the quick assist is actually having a follow-up combo don't benefit because they ONLY do the assist. So I don't know what the point is! This seems like they might be testing the waters for a universal Aftershock enabler...but I don't think this is it. It is a neat idea, though. I was just thinking to myself the other day, part of why Caesar feels a little clunky these days is the rise of off-field Stun agents means her quickswap parry + combo playstyle actually takes up too much field time now! Yeah so in addition to what Accel said (I did cash some in for a boost while leveling), I just hit 35 and once you do you start unlocking "Refined" versions of early products that sell for endgame amounts. So now I can see the use because once every item is Refined there will be too many areas to keep up without micromanaging, and it also gives you a use for the trade items for "low-level" mats again. Additionally you eventually unlock this weekly item turn in board at Yum Cha Sin and they might be requesting different items from the stuff you want tons of mats to craft and sell, so I often found it easier to spend my trade items on those. In the castle town there's a hole in the wall on the screen to the left, can you retrieve the other items from there? Normally you can transfer the crystals and boss items that way if it's on a different file, I'm not sure if it works for all of them or just the one for the most recent preceding chapter, though. I think this is so far the only thing the different save files are used for but it does show that they check each other. Even without doing that she's still felt very smooth to play in the trials with Yixuan. But I think I'm still committed to getting Yixuan sig + Yuzuha. I don't want to build another stunner, I'm lazy!!! I'm currently trying to get the rest of my roster to 50 to get the rest of the standard tapes in an attempt to hit pity before the selector goes away. I think it'll just be barely doable with the monthly reset? Only 4 more characters to go but I am once again broke as hell. Using the pacifist actions reduces the total amount but not as much as if you just spam Rude Buster. And there's no downside to doing this (that we currently know of). The Chapter 2 bonus boss is the opposite where using the pacifist actions is faster than trying to deplete his HP, this also gets you the much better reward. It gives points, it can impair the boss for a damage boost, it builds adrenaline for Yixuan, also stun generation is at a huge premium. Try as I might I can only get two stuns off even on my best runs, the shield phase takes too long and pauses stun meter. I think 50% of the way to the third was my best so....Jufufu is absolutely going to be able to do it. Had to replay the entire game from start to finish recently and its like, "oh man I have to speedrun like three hours of my life." Chapter 3 is even shorter because it has some built in ways to skip lengthy cutscenes and soooo much of the chapter is optional. Hell on my weird route run I accidentally skipped getting the special item and beat the secret boss without it and had to go back for it lol. I've seen complaints both that Ch 3 is too short and also too long and I think it just stems from it legit does take a long time if you're screwing around secret hunting PLUS if you do miss the big sidequest you have to replay stuff. But if you don't its almost no time at all. The side content + boss also seems specifically designed to filter people out of doing the hard bosses which I'm sure is divisive. Interestingly, the chapter 4 boss is the opposite and is designed to encourage players to try them! I'm so curious as to what they're cooking up for later bosses. Overall I think this is the main "issue" with Chapter 3 - there is a LOT of setup buried under the gimmicks that either is paid off in the next chapter or has yet to pay off at all. First off, all the buffs suck for Evelyn, I think the best one is the stun one but it's still bad. Caesar has some major upsides and downsides here: her shield is a huge help for tanking Pompey's puddles, but also you need three stuns and that's hard with her, super reliant on parry execution. I think she's good just highly skill reliant. Finally the third slot is just extremely underwhelming, I'm barely squeaking by 20k with both Lucy and Nicole (who is real awkward to play but has better buffs). Legit I'm wondering if it's better to go Koleda/Caesar for faster stuns but I'm not building Koleda. But overall, bad cycle for Eve's own boss. (Not to be the "pull for meta" person but Astra banner is up and not only does she just add thousands of points onto whatever DA team she's on for no reason, she's a great investment for Eve specifically. But also Yuzuha is incoming and you should just pull who you like.) So maybe you just focus on Marionettes, but I don't really have any experience with Ellen. IIRC you have Evelyn so you are probably better off trying to get 3-stars on Pompey or Marionettes.
