It is, but the judge dismissed it because the wording in those specific charges weren't specific enough. It's something about having to have more specific wording so that the defense knows how to adequately prepare to defend their client against it in court, I believe. I'm mostly going off of what I've read from reporters talking about it on Twitter, so I hope I'm interpreting this correctly.

• We're expecting the judge in the Georgia RICO case to rule on disqualification this week

Trump and Giuliani were facing 13 charges. There are 19 defendants total in the Georgia indictment. I believe 4 of them have taken plea deals and turned state's witness.

From what I'm reading, Trump was facing 13 counts in the Georgia indictment and is now facing 10. Could go back to 13 if the judge's problems with the 3 dismissed charges on him are remedied either through appeal or refiling with more detail.

The judge said that they can appeal the decision or refile the charges... hopefully they appeal and win, but we'll see what happens.

Columbus police said Keith had a total of 649 warrants for her arrest, 322 felonies and 327 misdemeanors related to theft. Keiths felony charges include identity theft, criminal use of communication facility, and theft by unlawful taking-movable property, access device issued to another who did not authorize use, and financial exploitation of care dependent person.

Would it be a good idea in my situation you think? The interest rates are murder. I pay like $200/m but I only make like $40 progress on it due to interest.

If you can, it would be better to break the payment up into parts. 50 per week or 100 every two weeks. That way you're knocking the principal down more often and the interest won't accrue as much.

But his administration started arresting them in the days afterward and no one asks him about that.
