| CableZL 03/20/24 2:03:16 PM #1 | I had some cheap logitech speakers with a subwoofer. They've started emitting a buzzing noise all the time for some reason. I tried moving the cables away from other power cables, but that didn't help. Any time I would touch the 3.5mm connector on the computer, the subwoofer would buzz loudly. I used to be able to move the PC or jiggle/turn the connector to get it to stop, but not any more.
So I ordered the Razer Leviathan V2 speakers, and holy crap... the sound quality is so much better. Also these speakers are LOUD. I used to just keep the volume on the PC at 100, but now I think I'll have to keep it around 20 - 40, depending on what I'm doing. It's pretty nice. There are multiple lawsuits Trump is still facing, some related to January 6th from capitol police officers and Brian Sicknick's family. It's so hard to keep track of all of it. There is also a possibility that Rudy Giuliani will be forced to sue Trump to get ~$2 million in legal fees he claims Trump owes him because of Giuliani's bankruptcy proceedings.

You need a federal constitutional basis to appeal to the supreme Court. Being a state thing doesn't exempt you from the federal supremacy clause. In this case he's trying to argue his 5th amendment Rights are being violated. Not clear which one he's referring to but probably means he's not getting due process or something like that. If he's really arguing based on due process, I'm guessing that means he's irate about not getting a jury trial. Trump pretty much threw her under the bus. Both parties in the lawsuit agreed that Alina Habba is not a part of the settlement, so she's likely going to be sued for fraud and may lose her law license as a result.

So I'm trying to understand something here... Mike Lindell (I know, I know) has been talking about having some big event on the steps of the Supreme Court this week (he backed out) and decided to have the event online somewhere. He had "technical difficulties," which he blamed on the deep state or some shit, and didn't actually do anything. He's acting like this case was just filed when it was actually docketed with SCOTUS back in early January. If they've only asked for a couple extensions to file the writ of certiorari and they haven't done anything since the latest deadline passed yesterday... Does SCOTUS do anything with that at all?
