Watchmen is only good because it's 90% straight from the comic. Most of the bad parts are when Snyder gets all Snyder-y and puts his own mark on it.

I have to disagree with at least some of that. In this day and age, it's very easy to go with the standard MCU formula when making a comic-book movie. Most DCEU movies don't really do that, and while I agree that a lot of them have been trainwrecks, I can't deny that Watchmen and ZS's Justice League were qualitatively great and even relatively original.

Watchmen and Zack Snyder's Justice League are two of the best comic book-based movies out there imo.
I do get the criticism with Snyder's movies in general though. It's either very hit or very miss with him.

And I gotta admit visually his movies are mind-blowing.

This. Yes, there should be more and better candidates, but considering the current American political system and climate, it's practically impossible for anyone but either the Democratic or Republican candidate to win.

I wish it wasn't like this, but any choice that isn't a vote for Biden is effectively a vote in Trump's favor.

First Contact is typically the unanimous top pick when it comes to the TNG era.

Qualitatively, the latter two are decent and on par with what one would expect from a double-parter episode, though imo they didn't really gave an 'epic' movie experience like the other ones.
Tbh I don't even remember what the third Chris Pine ST movie was called, despite having seen it twice.
