No, this is stupid. If it's going to be done, it should be done when they're babies, they won't remember it and will heal more quickly and easier than an adult or older kid would. It's quite painful and sucks to have done as an adult.

as I've already posted, people not being vaccinated can negatively affect others (you hear cases of the measles coming back, for example).

With so many Americans fervently defending circumcision as well as tipping culture, I can't help but wonder if there's a correlation between that and how cuckolding is so popular there.

The CDC actually says that circumcision has been proven to lower the rate of acquiring HIV and other STIs. It also has been proven to reduce penile cancer and a few other types of cancer. This protection actually diminishes if circumcision happens later in life. It also greatly reduces the chance of phimosis and paraphimosis.
