Heh, I remember looking for my copy of Air Ride last week and still haven't played it yet. But multiple City Trial maps for the hypothetical Air Ride 2 would just be the bomb. Especially if one of them was the original Air Ride City Trial (and knowing Sakurai, that may happen).

After speaking with the family, Community Activist, David Muhammad, said that police questioned Darius’ mother for two hours while leaving his body on the sidewalk. Even after Darius was taken to the hospital, his mother was held in the police car. He was pronounced dead before she could get to him. Then police searched Darius’ home and found nothing. Instead, they arrested his older brother for having truancy tickets. Police have stated that the lengthy questioning was necessary in leading to an arrest.

Spooner’s family, however, was allowed to return to Spooner’s home (also a crime scene) and retrieve personal items.

This is some God damn bulls*** right here.

So I'm looking at the charts for each season as to who had at least one confessional in every episode through their boot and there's some interesting stuff. Some people I didn't expect, some people I expected and weren't there, and it's interesting how the lists have gotten smaller in recent seasons.

Borneo - Richard, Kelly, Rudy, Sue, Sean, Gretchen, Joel, Stacey, B.B., Sonja
Australian Outback - Colby, Keith, Rodger, Jerri, Alicia, Jeff, Michael, Kimmi, Mitchell, Mad Dog, Debb
Africa - Kim J., Lex, Tom, Frank, Brandon, Clarence, Lindsey, Jessie, Diane

**Michelle, Ryan S., and Nicole didn't have confessionals in "What the... (Part 1)" and "What the... (Part 2)," but technically they weren't still in the game.

***Sugar, Matty, and Ace may or may not count due to the unique situation this season in that the first two episodes were shown back-to-back on premier night, and whether or not they have a confessional in every episode depends on whether you count it as one or two episodes

Basically when I made that clue, it was because there are some people that wording it that way would have included and excluded. For example, Fabio and Coach, whose names are Jud and Ben, respectively, would be out since Jud and Ben were not usually shown as their displayed names. But it could open up the door for, say, Sarge, whose real name, Lea, was what was usually shown in confessionals even though he was almost always verbally called Sarge. Basically I was being an a****** with that clue. ;)

372. Dirk Been (Borneo, 12th place)

external image

I'll be honest, it's been quite a while since I've seen Borneo, so I may be being a little generous with Dirk here. Upon a rewatch he could easily fall to bottom 20 territory. Basically his whole edit consisted of him being religious, which itself isn't always that bad, but he was kind of a dick about it, trying to push his religion on other people, bashing others for their sexual lifestyles that he didn't agree with (Kelly and Stacey for not being virgins and Richard for being gay). So I'm not very fond of Dirk. And like I said, I may be highballing his placement a bit. I wouldn't be surprised if, as the years pass, he eventually becomes my least favorite from Borneo.

371. Monica Padilla (Samoa, 7th place)

external image

Yup, believe it or not, despite how little it seemed she was shown, Monica actually had at least one confessional in every single episode up through her boot (given it was EXACTLY one confessional in 10 out of 12 episodes, but a save is a save). I didn't believe it when I first heard it either, but upon my latest rewatch of Samoa I made sure to keep an eye out for that and it was true! However this also meant that I got to keep an eye out for all the negative things that Monica brought to this season, and it wasn't as pretty as she is. For starters, she was part of the young + Laura Galu alliance that sucked so much and was awful to everyone they didn't like. An example of this would be when she opened a coconut, took a sip, and told Yasmin sitting next to her that there was no milk in it. After Yasmin got up and left she told her friends, "There's milk in it." This is pretty much exactly how Monica played the game - being a snarkly little popular b****. Oh, and she's apparently bffs with Russhole now, which is always a sour note for me.

370. A runner-up in a Final Two
369. A member of an ultra-cocky alliance of which no members won
368. A "Fan"
367. Voila! Another "Fan"
366. Displayed name had an initial at the end

375. Adam Gentry (Cook Islands, 5th place)

external image

I was pretty surprised that Cooks took this long to show up, but I guess it's just that a lot of the cast is just that forgettable. And it's weird that the cast is boring and forgettable given that it is the most ethnically diverse season in the history of the show (even if it was intentionally so). And that also makes it weird that the most generic-looking person of the entire season is the worst. Basically Adam's role varied from episode to episode, but it was always one of three things - being a complete dick to anyone that he didn't like, showmancing with Candice, or being completely invisible. And I hated the fact that he was the last person left outside of the Aitu Four, when the other four people that were booted after the merge were so much more interesting and even most of them more likable. So in a cast where a lot of people were just boring, Adam was boring AND was an a****** at the same time. So he gets the bottom spot.

374. Jed Hildebrand (Thailand, 14th place)

external image

I've never been a big fan of Thailand partially because unlike other seasons that just have a boring cast, Thailand's cast is actually unlikable for the most part, and Jed is one of the worst offenders. He was a lazy, incompetent douchebag around camp and seemed to feel like his sole value of being good in the challenges (and he wasn't even THAT good in the challenges; hell he even got kicked out of one) should have kept him around. Unfortunately his attitude wasn't liked by most of the members of his tribe and he was the third person voted out of Survivor Thailand and the first person voted out of the Sook Jai tribe. And incidentally, he is the third person eliminated in my countdown from Survivor Thailand and the first person from the Sook Jai tribe, so obviously I'm very happy with his placement in the season.

373. Kim Mullen (Palau, 15th place)

external image

The 8-man peen slaughter is finally broken. I'll be perfectly honest, for the first couple episodes of Palau, I could not for the life of me distinguish between Kim and Jenn. But later the difference really came out. Kim was just totally worthless to her tribe and should have been one of the first ones out. The fact that this woman made it four episodes is beyond me (and apparently beyond James as well). And of course she had a showmance with another useless person (both to the tribe and to the season), just adding to my hatred of her. So she ends up down here.

Elder Scrolls

377. Danny "GC" Brown (Gabon, 14th place)

external image

GC definitely had potential to be very entertaining, but to me just came off as a bit unpleasant. He was the one who raced ahead of his tribe in the first challenge rather than stay back and help the others get up the hill. He was then lazy and pretty disruptive around camp. His fight with Crystal was a bit entertaining, but it's not enough to shoot either out of this bad tier. His most entertaining moment was when he disappeared shortly before a challenge, and later joked that he was going to look for a Popeye's. Other than that he seemed like a pretty unpleasant person, but not so ridiculously unpleasant that I actually liked him like a couple other people from the season.

376. Jamie Newtwon (Guatemala, 8th place)

external image

Jamie is in a similar situation as GC in that he was pretty unpleasant, but not so unpleasant to the point where he was actually likable. From the first five minutes of the season, you knew Jamie wasn't going to take any crap when he was the one person who was actually visibly disappointed that Bobby Jon and Stephanie were in the game. Some of his remarks were just pretty annoying, and his behavior at the merge feast/challenge was uncalled for. He is the worst person ever as far as rubbing it in the participants' faces when you sit out to eat during an immunity challenge goes. And then he couldn't even keep his mouth shut on his way out when he got blindsided. And despite "THAT'S how you vote someone out!" he was still bitter towards Steph on the jury. His highlights were all fights with Bobby Jon, but those were more Bobby Jon moments IMO.

375. Cook Islands, the last season still completely intact, finally takes a hit
374. Name that was usually shown on screen during confessionals is 3 letters long
373. A female from Palau who is not deceased
372. Religion played a huge role in their edit
371. Despite being in a season that was dominated in screen time by one person, this person who lasted deep into the season still managed to get at least one confessional in every episode they were in.

By episode 9, the Villains had been to four tribal councils and four men had been voted out. Looked to the Heroes like Russell was next, so J.T. decided to give him his immunity idol to ensure that Russell would play it and be safe at the next tribal council, then flop to the Heroes side at the merge. Now this was actually a pretty brilliant idea on J.T.'s part, since, if he had been right about the women's alliance on the Villains tribe, this plan would have ensured that the Heroes and Russell were the final six. But Russell is lucky enough to have not had his season air, because no sane person would have done this having seen how he played in Samoa. So even though J.T. really helped ruin the rest of the season with that, I don't consider it the dumbest move ever because it could have worked out brilliantly. So now Russell has an idol and a bigger ego than ever, goes into the merge and gets rid of J.T. with his own idol.

The last lucky thing to happen to Russell was Candice flopping at the final 9. At this point Sandra was totally willing to work with the Heroes and systematically take out the remaining Villains. Unfortunately Candice was being stupid and refused to vote against the Villains, so this screwed up that and essentially gave Russell a free ride to the final five. And from there he didn't have to do s*** to get further along.

Now, I hate Russell here not only because he got lucky and fans think he was actually skilled, but also because he hogged screen time. Again. And this time I'm a little more unforgiving of that because it was an All-Star season, where everyone is supposed to get fairly equal airtime; instead it became The Russell And Nobody Else Show Part 2. But I am forgiving of the fact that he actually made for a pretty entertaining Reunion show this time. Instead of last time where he just spend all of his time bashing Natalie and getting Probst to agree with him, this time he was just so pissed off and everybody was so sick of him (see Parvati in the above pic) that it was actually pretty funny. Even Jeff, who usually has a huge boner for all things Russell (hence the fact that every season since Samoa has either featured or mentioned Russell, [a bit of S25 and S26 speculation ahead] and it's not looking like that pattern is going to change for S25 and 26), was telling him to shut up.

So basically, the people who say that Russell should have won Samoa have absolutely no idea of how Survivor works and just got caught up in Russellmania, but I can at least forgive them, for they know not what they've done. But the people who say he should have won Heroes vs. Villains are just plain wrong, end of f***ing story.

378. Russell Hantz (Heroes vs. Villains, 3rd place)

external image

Let me preface this writeup by saying that Russell played a terrible game in Heroes vs. Villains. I'll give it to the people who say that he played a great strategic game in Samoa. You have your case, and I accept it. But Russell played an awful game the second-time around, and he got lucky in several ways that led him to make the finals.

First thing he got lucky with was the timing of filming. Heroes vs. Villains was filmed after Samoa was filmed but before it aired, so nobody, not even Russell had watched Samoa yet. This was a huge advantage going in, because everybody knew everyone else's cards before the game even started. If they had seen Samoa before playing Heroes vs. Villains, Russell would have been the first one voted out, no doubt in my mind. But as it stands he was a complete enigma. All they knew was that he was a Villain, and there are several reasons people could be considered Villains in Survivor, some of them worse than others. Todd is considered a villain because he is sneaky. Sandra is considered a villain because she is sassy. Judd is considered a villain because he's a loud, foul-mouthed bully. Shane is considered a villain because he is bats***. And Boston Rob is considered a villain because he has mastered the art of the backstab. Obviously some of those reasons are just pains in the ass, and others are big strategic threats. But nobody knew how to classify Russell, so he could have easily gone in and changed his image and played a different game. Problem was, despite the jury completely trashing him, he was under the impression that he had won Samoa, and figured that his game was flawless, so he played a game similar to the one he played the first time that pissed everyone off so much. He quickly made an alliance with a few young girls, and easily passed through the first few days because there was an old man on his tribe that was an easy first boot. But then everyone began to get pissed off by him. He was intentionally alienating himself from the tribe by doing things such as not participating in group activities and looking for the immunity idol when the rest of the tribe agreed to leave it out of play. This made him an easy target at the Villains' second tribal council in episode 6, in which Rob had a foolproof plan to oust either Russell or Parvati and get the next one the next time.

Only problem is Tyson is worse than a fool, and that's the second thing Russell got lucky about. According to Tyson, he had already been planning on switching his vote to just get rid of Parvati and take the risk that Russell was going to play the idol on himself. He said that his conversation with Russell was completely insignificant in his decision, and is pissed off, as am I, that the editors gave Russell all the credit and fueled his ego and his fans' enthusiasm for him. According to Tyson, Russell was positive that he was going home when he played his idol on Parvati (hence his quote before handing her the idol), and the only reason he played it on her was because he knew that even if he made it through this tribal council and Parvati was voted out, he would be next, so he decided to leave the game with some dignity and look like a tragic hero. But when that didn't work out and his alliance made it through that tribal council completely intact, he decided to just go back to being the complete ass hat he was in Samoa.

Then he made his one move that I really give him credit for, and that was getting Jerri to flop. She had unsettled beef with Rob from All-Stars, and was an easy pick to try to get him out, and my hat is off to him for getting Rob out when he did. Then he goes back to getting lucky.

No, that's not it. It's from around the 2005-2007 era if I had to guess and probably from one of the companies like PopCap (although I don't know if it was PopCap).

I remember my Papa had the demo that came with one of his computers. It was kinda cartoony and I think you played as a female who walked around and the goal was to collect Jewels, which were scattered on pretty much every step of the level. I think the title may have had Jewel in it. Thanks!

380. Alex Bell (The Amazon, 7th place)

external image

The recent Amazon slaughter continues with Alex, the big douchebag of the season. I remember once seeing a video on Youtube titled, "Survivor: Douchebag" which was a season made up of the biggest douchebag from each season, and Alex was the representative from Amazon, and, having not seen Amazon in a while, I was like, "What did he do?" Upon a rewatch, I totally agree. Alex just had this super cocky attitude about him, and it got even worse when the tribes switched and he ended up with Shauna and tried to keep her around, despite the fact that she was sick and the weakest member of the tribe, just because he had a huge crush on her. Then the merge hit and he had his one good moment where he was cocky about Roger getting voted off. But it quickly went downhill again after he was so bitter about Rob blindsiding him. So yeah, screw Alex.

379. Joel Klug (Borneo, 11th place)

external image

One look at Joel and you'd think that, especially in more recent seasons, he's someone who is guaranteed to make the merge - he's young, athletic, and good-looking. Unfortunately he is also a huge douchebag, which has been the early downfall of several people who fit his description (most recently Matt on One World). He was extremely cocky and condescending, and had a hint of chauvinism in him as well. This usually spells disaster for my liking (though not always, it's just that a couple of people were extremely entertaining in doing so, unlike Joel, Matt, and a few others). I think the worst part about Joel is that we didn't see him taunting the snake in the edit as it actually happened. That would have been great for his downfall.

Stay tuned later tonight for Russhole 2.0!

The ones I can think of:

DS:
Super Mario 64
Diddy Kong Racing

3DS:
Ocarina of Time
Star Fox 64

For some reason I wanna say there has been at least one more on each, but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

382. Matthew J. Quinlan (One World, 16th place)

external image

I usually get excited when a Matt/Matthew/Matty(/Sash?) shows up on Survivor pre-season, obviously because that's my name. But Matt Quinlan just seemed like the most boring, generic person in the world watching his pre-show stuff. I hoped that that would change once things got going, and it did. For the worse. In a season filled with douchebags, he became the biggest one of all, and totally ruined any chance of the guys and girls working together about 10 minutes into the game (I actually blame him more than Michael). He was also a huge chauvinist and just thought he was the best at everything. And despite being the first one voted out, in his Fallen Comrades speech he claimed that he was really the best player of the season. And let's not forget his super internet push to win Fan Favorite, which he came in fifth on the first time that Jeff announced all the way down to the top 4. Lol!

381. Roger Sexton (The Amazon, 10th place)

external image

I'd say that out of the 24 merge boots, 23 of them posed some sort of immunity threat. Be it that they were good in physical challenges, mental challenges, or both, I can totally see how they looked at them and said "Hmm, they could be halfway decent in individual challenges." Roger is the 24th. He wouldn't win an individual challenge unless, as Rob kindly put it, "it was Name That Perry Como Song, or perhaps, What Kind of Prune is This?" So why was Roger voted out at the merge? Because he was a bossy, narcissistic, chauvinistic, loudmouthed biggot, and by all means he belongs further down on this list. I do have to give credit where credit is due however, and that is that Roger provided us with one of the most hilarious and satisfying boot episodes ever. Seriously, the editors didn't mask the fact that Roger was going at all. Normally they would show some sort of scene in which Rob, Alex, and Matt contemplated staying with the all male alliance, but within the first 30 seconds after Jeff said the word "merge," you knew that they were going to go with the women. And Rob, Deena, Alex, Matt, and Heidi shoved it in our faces the entire episode that Roger was going home. And we all loved it.

Last update was an estrogen slaughter, next update is a testosterone slaughter!

385. Daniel Lue (The Amazon, 14th place)

external image

Daniel has a very similar story as Crystal - he was, at the time of his appearance, arguably the most physically fit Survivor in history, and yet he was completely useless in challenges. Again, this should make for a great story arc. Unfortunately Daniel has some less-than-redeeming qualities that put him near the bottom of his season. The guy was one of the freaking laziest people ever to play the game that wasn't a good-looking female in her 20s. And he complained whenever he was forced to do work. He particularly hated Roger (not that that was completely undeserved because Roger was a f***ing dick to everyone). And he completely blew the first challenge for the men. I know Ryan was his partner, but if you look back, Daniel gets the bulk of the blame. Apparently Daniel is some sort of running joke in the Survivor world where everyone wants to meet/talk to him (at least this is what I've picked up from listening to Rob Cesternino's podcast), but of all people why did he get chosen?

384. Candice Woodcock (Heroes vs. Villains, 8th place)

external image

Here's something that a lot of you may not know - originally, Candice was supposed to be on the Villains tribe and Sandra was supposed to be on the Heroes tribe, but they swapped them. I don't know if it was because they wanted to break up the potential Candice/Parvati and Sandra/Rupert pairs or what, but you'll notice Jeff trying extra hard to justify their finals placements in his Cast Assessment video. Anyway, Candice was really wishy-washy in the beginning of the game, and as it progressed, she continued to s*** all over the season by swapping hers and Sandra's votes at the final 9 because she thought it would be better for her. Turns out it actually ruined her game. She's to blame for that, not Russell.

383. Kelly Shinn (Nicaragua, 8th place)

external image

Purple Kelly is famous among the Survivor community for one reason and one reason only - she had the most invisible edit in the history of the show. Brett's invisibility was nothing compared to hers. Now she's someone of the butt of a running joke about Survivors getting invisible edits. Her invisibility was even topped by the fact that the most visible person in the season quit in the same episode she did. The highlight of her edit was during a reward when Chase said, "You don't really talk much," and she responded with, "I know, it's kinda funny." I want to like her for her hilarious edit, but the reason she got it was because she was a quitter, and you know how I feel about them.

PS: Thanks to my buddy JR at Yahoo! for the Kelly manip!

382 and 381, as well as the upcoming hints, will be posted later tonight.
