I've seen Bill O'Reilly (yes, he's still around) say you can't even walk down the streets, which is definitely not true. This. I would get bad looks walking into a pharmacy or convenience store to use the restroom when I was driving cross-city as a courier. Most of the time, businesses don't want you walking in without the expectation of purchasing something.In certain states it's illegal for them to refuse access to a public bathroom, they absolutely cannot force you to purchase something to use the bathroom.
