Does SF have cops on horseback? They will literally let their horse poop on the street and not clean it. Horse turds are fucking huge.
Not regularly that I see, but we're talking massive turds right on the sidewalk, not the street.
My friend whose apartment I spent the night at lives right next to the Tenderloin, which is infamously rundown, so that context matters. But still, never seen his neighborhood block this dirty before.
