Not counting my antidepressants, I take magnesium, multivitamins, omega 3, and selenium.
Growing up, with the same diet and all, I never needed these things, and I only needed an ibuprofen when I was actually sick:/ I'm 28, darn it
Stop taking ibuprofen.
It just makes things worse.
