You need something drenched in genuine holiday spirit and whimsy, something not cynical or mean spirited, and done well...which I guess for me would be something like Muppet Christmas Carol. That's the one that fits that criteria that I like best. It's a yearly watch for me. But the GOAT Christmas movie for me is easily Gremlins. That's another yearly watch and one of my favorite movies of all time.
