Aggression peaks in toddlers for instance. The second highest period of aggression is in young males (late teens to early 20s), but that's what most people pick if you ask them when are humans most aggressive. Relative aggressiveness is also a pretty stable trait throughout your life (relatively more aggressive toddlers will be relatively more aggressive adults and vice versa). This study is interesting, but the effect size isn't terribly large. At least in my experience (granted, I was an only child so I am basing it off my friends), they would beat on each other, but if one of them was in trouble they would all come to his defense. Not her fault at all, XD My younger sister (4 years younger than me) is also awesome, and when she was 7 or so she punched me in the face, and when she was 12 she threw a ladle at me. But at 7 she didn't really know any better and at 12 that was more funny than it was actually violent/aggressive. My brother (4 years older) punched me in the knee ONCE, cause I kept sneaking into his room.
