I was recently trying to look up when the next dlc would drop. They can make this the Fortnite of the genre imo

I started playing that early this year and it's such mindless fun. I'll probably go back to it and give this a go.

Think the new steam chievos are only for the non SaGa part of the update. Dev doesn't like adding chievos for collabs in case the collab ever has to be removed due to expired licensing.

The VS developer is an absolute chad. The game doesn't hold my attention long enough to complete any of the DLC but it's awesome how much content they've made.

Is this game worth? The recent new Dynasty Warriors Abyss game was said to be a mix of Hades and this game.

It is the best 3 dollars (5 dollars now I think?) you can possibly spend in gaming.

At least as long as you're into the sort of reverse bullet hell style of game it is. If you're not, it's still worth but you might not have as much fun

Enough people agreed that it spawned a bunch of copycats, yeah. Swap out Vampires for something else and there's probably a Survivors game for it.

VS isn't going anywhere. Just play it when you have some downtime at night.

It can be rough to handle RPGs when your gaming time is limited. Unironically shorter indie games like Vampire Survivors are much easier to handle, thanks to the 15-30 minute bursts for the gameplay loop.

I say this and then still go on an 8 hour binge of VS now and then. The appeal for me with this game in particular is that it's so easy to drop and then pick up again in a few months if I feel like it

Well sometimes we get too busy irl for certain hobbies. I haven't been able to game in the last two weeks because of irl stuff going on. It happens. I'm sure my stuff will clear up eventually and I'll be back to gaming like I was.

Well, crap there went a few more hours

This one was overall pretty easy to unlock everything. I'm a fan of the level itself more than any of the weapons though. Most of them being melee with techs makes them seem very samey. The level itself reminds me of the Castlevania one with all sorts of bosses, but not nearly as good.

That said im hooked again. Circling back to do old stuff that I never got around to.

I might have to buy the dlc to get that "banish 80+ weapons" achievement :\

I hear the banished weapons cheevo counts (pre-battle) sealed weapons in the tally, so it may not be as hard to get as one may think.

Yeah I was looking it up and people say it counts passives too because they're considered "passive weapons".

Go into the menu and seal the evolved weapons. Those ones count tor the total. Then play through and seal everything else. Youve now essentially double dipped.
