What's the definition of weird? I think Arv or the Tinder Milf gimmicks are the closest thing, but those are just character acts. Maybe VampireCoyote (or Mead as people have associated), but they've got their own things they're dealing with. But if we're talking about everyone's punching bag, ICOYAR would probably be at the top of the list.
