They just don't want to win any important game, even the "too little too late" one

Denver should kneel and take the tie if they get the first down here.

Yeah that ending was "a significant play to some"

I also had Bengals -3.5 because I thought they'd ball and pretend to still be a living playoff team.

They should've won that game like 4 separate times.

I for one am glad the Bengals get a whole week to drum their hopes up before being stamped out.

This is exactly why this felt like the perfect game for them to win after losing so many true "last stand" kind of games.

The fun fact is: They're still mostly likely going to end in 10th, and this game won't even change their final ranking.

Fantasy championship going well so far! Mahomes, Higgins, Ravens D, and Boswell have played so far, all doing quite well (except Boswell).

Also "lol" Crescent is the only one who actually got all 5 spreads right by being one of only two people on the Bears.

Bears did a LOT of damage to some high numbers because why not it's Primetime Bears.

Indianapolis also gets in with a win, two Dolphins wins, and a Broncos loss. The Colts win all tiebreakers of 3 or more teams.

But yeah the trickiest thing to do with spreads is to hit both the pick em and a low spread like +3.5 at the same time.

I'm pretty sure I'm on a playoff spot in pick 'ems but I'm bottom half in spreads.

Rams are, like always, looking ugly against the Cardinals.

The Rams are going to be very fortunate if they pull this off. They've been clearly outplayed and haven't looked like a playoff team at all.

I love how the announcers as you go along get progressively more understanding that this is just something he does.

in my fantasy championship i was in a bad way after christmas so i had to take gambles to try and close the gap. My opponent was running Nacua and I knew simply picking high earners would not be enough I would need my opponent to have at least one whiff, so I gambled on Nacua having an off week and started Kupp. I knew it was a risk but it was one of a few remaining opportunities to make something happen.

Maybe Allen will have a 60 point week? Hard to see what Buffalo has left to play for though and more than likely they will have enough of a lead that they will simply be forcing the run during the second half.

I have the option to bench him and start Flacco who I picked up since the Colts aren't technically eliminated yet :/

Yeah the NFC West is more or less officially over with the Cardinals blowing that game. Not even going to bother paying attention to the ludicrous tiebreaker scenario.

Well, we needed a ridiculous set of outcomes a few years ago to get that Chargers/Raiders playoff tie scenario to be in play and they all happened, so I won't rule this one out yet!

This is more akin to the scenario the Giants and Packers had like 15 years ago where the Packers needed a win, the teams in their division to win, and 9 of 10 other teams to win in week 17.

This. We had to watch Ben Roethlisberger throw 5 pound milk jugs to the Chiefs defense instead of watching Justin Herbert throw missiles on 4th and 50

Didn't Staley call a timeout with like 30 seconds left in OT and piss the Raiders off into going for the win

Yeah, Staley ruined it because the Raiders were clearly just going to let the clock run out and then they took it personally when the Chargers didn't just accept the outcome

Two of my friends and I happened to be in Vegas that weekend so we put a parlay together with all the outcomes needed for the tie scenario including the Chargers/Raiders tie itself. We all threw $5 bucks down for something like a $800 total payout. So needless to say

Nobody knows how to choke away a playoff spot in the last couple weeks of the season like the post-Luck Colts
