Also I should probably actually build my Xiangling since her costume is super cute and shes insanely good anyways. God Im terrible at this game with regards to building characters. I highly doubt that. But even if she's around Chevruese power level, that'd be a huge win. Alternatively she really is Bennett tier but Hoyo is about to drop a 5* replacement too. Yeah i have around 70 standard pulls saved up since the anniversary. Just in case they added 2 characters in a year.
