This happened back in 2022, and they tried to cover it up like always.

Savannah Graziano, the 15 year old kidnapped victim, is seen exiting the vehicle. Nearest officer and CHP helicopter clearly states on the radio that the girl is out. Nearby officer tells her to walk towards them. As she is walking, one or more officers begin shooting. You hear on the radio the nearby officer as well as the CHP helicopter telling the other officers to stop shooting after which at least 4 more shots were fired.

The footage puts more pressure on an already embattled department. In addition to the killing of Ryan Gainer, the department has faced criticism after a video last week captured a deputy punching and kneeing a man under arrest in Hesperia. In December, a sheriffs deputy was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of cocaine and resigned. Last year, the sheriffs department also faced wrongful death and wrongful arrest lawsuits.

That whole damn department needs to be put under.

I only say this because I don't see it anywhere in this thread, but on another website where this is being discussed it was brought up. Actually a couple things. Apparently she was wearing a tactical bulletproof vest and helmet when she approached the police. Secondly, now police claim they have evidence that she was engaged in shooting at the police. Of course we all know police never ever lie, but I think it's worth bringing up.

EDIT: My mistake, it's in the link posted. Obviously you don't have to dig very far to find the actual video, and it looks very bad.

Was discussing this incident with a friend and was telling him how someone (Tenlaar) defended the execution of 15 year old Adam Toledo because the command was "drop the knife and turn around", and because he dropped the knife while turning around, and even though the execution footage showed him with his hands up and not taking a single step to or away from the officer, he didn't follow the commands as given and thus it's his fault he died.

Blue-lipped apologists will say some truly sickening shit.

The USSCJs are literally accountable to nobody except themselves and of course they never see any impropriety or conflict of interest in anything they do. At least law enforcement may have a "rat squad", or Internal Affairs.
