Yeah the thumbnail is because of YouTube's algo.

At least the gang members that were with him understand the situation, I think the only small glimmer of hope is that they would throw their weapons down if the state could start getting repaired. But it would take such massive regulation to rehabilitate the country that Idk if it could ever happen. The fact that American weapons are being carried about them is sad as well, which is another part of gun control that people in America don't fathom.

We don't want gun control just to prevent people from being able to go to ranges or shoot cans in their backyard, but to prevent trafficking to war torn countries or areas that have had societal collapse as well. Haiti, Democratic Republic of Congo, many other countries like that. Awful shit at least the guy managed to get back to report that story

So far it's a pretty devastating video to watch.

Yep, that's why this dumb trend is happening. They're following the analytics, so while we think it's dumb it works for the masses...or kids.

I was under the impression that Hatii was the most failed state on the map. As in there is no dominant group in control of the state, and the whole country operates in a state of anarchy.

I've hired 5 recent immigrants from Haiti and I've had like 5 more applications from people I can't hire right now. the money they make in a week at minimum wage in the US is more than their entire family makes in Haiti in a year right now.

Imagine risking your life filming the chaos in Haiti, and then losing all your dignity by putting a thumbnail like that smh

Any sincere effort to rebuild Haiti is going to do it with labor unions which include working at home, unemployed and in prison.

Im sure it is, and I understand how horrible the situation is in Haiti. I just dont support goofy clickbait YouTube thumbnails that try and bait the viewer. The situation is dire enough without some goofy face trying to draw people in.
