In my country that wouldn't be allowed. I was booked in for a booster recently and they called me on the day saying "your record is up to date, and your age group and immune system status don't put you in the at-risk category."

Wouldn't be allowed here either, though I've heard plenty of stories of people doing it (not to that extent, but a few extras) by using other peoples' names or outright fake ones. Partly doable because vaccinations were explicitly made available even to people who aren't meant to be in the country (and thus no records) with a guarantee of nothing being shared with immigration enforcement. For that matter, when I got my booster (at a walk-in venue) I don't think they did anything to verify my eligibility beyond taking my word. As in like, they did ask specific questions (not just "are you eligible?") but no verification. Back in the days of vaccine mandates there were also cases where anti-vaxxers got other people to say they were them and get a vaccine so that they could get a vaccine pass.

Makes sense. The whole purpose of the vaccine is to educate and train your immune system. Regardless of the topic, continually going through the same basic training will stop you from getting rusty or flabby but it's going to have diminishing returns in terms of possible improvement.

Of course anti-vaxers do need to explain how he's still alive if the thing is so dangerous.
