Milano was there as part of a fundraiser benefitting the American Cancer Society, which offered everyone who donated a minimum of $10 an entry to win tickets, transportation, and a meet and greet with the actress herselfmeaning she likely didn't even pay for her tickets.

It's not for her, or even her son, specifically. It's for the community baseball team to take a trip to Cooperstown, and she just kinda harmlessly posted about it. Sure, she could probably pay for the entire trip herself, but regardless, the outrage is dumb. There's also possibly bad optics for her kid if his parent is just funding everything the team does.

Do they really? Do you have any examples? Because every rich kid I've known was looked up to for the wealth their parents had. The poor get bullied for being poor, I've literally never heard anybody being bullied for being rich except from The Outsiders storyline, where the greasers were also bullied by the Socs, and especially not in a case where those rich parents give back and students benefit from it.

Yeah, the important thing to know about bullying is that the bullies aren't relying on logic or intelligence to pick their targets. They will absolutely use anything "different" about somebody to bully them.

Look at Jake Lloyd. He literally got bullied for being in a Star Wars movie. Bullies are mean and they make no sense.

She pays for that and she might expect her son to get what ever position he wants, or to get more play time than other kids or a multitude of other favors. Even if she does not want any of that the people in charge might bend over backwards for whatever she wants without her really asking for it upsetting the other parents without even realizing it or something.

Just because shes rich doesnt mean she has to pay every penny when shes already spent many thousands only because her son is on the team. She doesnt own the team or created it.

Isn't she the one who was photographed wearing a crocheted facemask during peak covid? Not exactly the person I'd look to for making farsighted decisions in any context.
