This is the summary of what happened. Hulk went berserk again and caused a lot of destruction. The Illuminati, a group of superheroes that included Iron Man, Black Bolt, Professor X, Namor and Reed Richards, decided to send Hulk to space and let him live on a peaceful planet. But things went wrong and Hulk ended up on a war-torn world called Sakaar. Why because when Hulk was in this ship he started going crazy and smashing everything. So he end up in this war world type place, beats up people get wife then someone their blows up his ship. He cames back to Earth blaming the heros But really...But Hulk is not a hero, he is a menace. How many people has he killed with his rampages? And dont tell me he hasnt killed anyone. He is a lunatic rage monster that either loses control or gets mind-controlled to hurt others. What do you think, CE?

Pretty d*** move shooting Doc Banner off into space like that.

I just don't understand why they couldn't leave well enough alone. Hulk was finally content for the first time in his life. And the way he just casually forgives everyone at the end is dumb.

I mean it's stupid because these genius sci-fi characters with insane amounts of power and resources can't just fucking...cure the Hulk?

Literally the only reason the Hulk can't be permanently cured is because they need to sell more Hulk comics. Fucking Reed fucking Richards couldnt come up with a better solution than "throw him into space?"

Hell, have someone lie and tell Dr. Doom that Reed Richards is on the cusp of curing the Hulk, and Doom will do it for free just to one-up Richards lol.

one day they will retcon it so that he didn't become Hulk via gamma radiation cause that doesn't even make sense

kinda like how Venom became part of an ancient cosmic being more powerful than death or whatever

To be fair, any solution is probably a Tuvix solution. A sentient being--at least one--will have to die if Banner is given any kind of "cure."

Not that Richards isn't a dick and his superscience does worse every day... but I don't think he'd knowingly do that? I haven't read or followed FF in forever.

They murdered a man begging for his life that crew was evil. Not even joking with that one. That was one of the Is crueltless things ever done on the in trek. Besides Enterprise when the captain let a race die. Because they wanted to make a prime directive reference

You're missing the part where Hulk only went on a batshit rampage because Banner injected himself with Super Soldier serum (because Bruce got all emo his ex went out on a date with Tony Stark)

Well.. to add to this it wasn't the entire Illuminati who decided this, Namor and Xavier weren't there when they decided this and Namor later called them out on this

though to be fair this could have turned out well for Hulk if one of his new allies on Sakaar didn't backstab him

How did a spaceship contain Hulk as he was smashing shit up?

I aint trusting any group calling themselves the Illuminati. If theyre so smart building rockets and launching Hulk into space, why dont they just figure out how to cure him hmmm?

Long Story short, Reed had said he has spent countless hours trying to figure out a cure and never being able to make it work while Doc Strange tried to find a Mystical Solution and couldn't figure it out either

Short Story even shorter.... Comic characters are almost never allowed permanently change and the Status Quo is God so at best they will cure him for a few years

Tony Stark even tried. He invented some gadget that would keep Banners heartbeat at a steady rate. Of course it backfired and the device kept him at Hulk level heartrate.

Hulk overpowers. It's not just that he's strong, it's that he is powered by, and his main ability is, the overpowering of other things.

This is because he is born of the literal, actual, biblical Devil's energy.

Yeah I think it's dumb, but the incurable part should remain. Just not very Hulk with a copout.
