Franky usually gets a named opponent in most arcs, while Sanji kinda jobbed until ~~Queen in Wano~~. Usopps still my favorite, but he does have moments where he lapses back to his pre-character development self. He's defeated some absolute monsters but still struggles with the most basic canon fodder. He's somehow had the most character development and the least character development out of all the straw hats.
