there are certainly shows from back then that are more educational and intelligent that what comes out today but i do not think those are the best examples to choose.

i have, they aren't bad. some are kinda dumb but back in the day you also had things like ren and stimpy. i love ren and stimpy but they are absolutely not educational. it probably balances out a lot closer than you think.

The only difference I see between modern cartoons and the ones I grew up with is modern cartoons depict everyone as ridiculously skinny. Which, for some reason, no one sees as the cause of modern day body dysmorphia.
