new co-op battles too. Ill probably start grinding through those before doing anything with the exp battles. I did very few of those and let my experience come naturally (which is why I still only have 3 guys at 50)

by the way, a nice tip for the gold tickets. when you get your x200 daily prize, dont claim the prize from the event and let it come to your main gift box at the end of the day. then, when you grab the 200, itll unlock the next 200 and you can repeat that until the last day.

oh that's the first guy i've seen to beat my 63k Red. learned that big numbers are driven by stacking same R Ability Points and that your auto equip is very bad at it

made it to 55 today, and hit 10k stamina for the event with a day to spare. that felt like a big hill to climb but Im still at 90ish stamina pots.

currently sitting at 155k power and just waiting for the new event to land tomorrow. Aerith is really cornering the market on event outfits but I dont mind since shes my MVP.

this new event is fun just because it feels distinctly like cloud is nowhere near the best character to use here so i'm interested to see what the split is like in co-op

I rarely see Cloud in coop anymore. Its usually Sephiroth, Tifa, or Aerith when Im going in

I'm just using Tifa/Barret/Cloud right now and investing in them. Current power level is 41,348. Want to get it higher to finish this new event but that's gonna be a bit given the casual pace I'm going at.

Haven't done any co-op yet, anyone wanna give it a go with me sometime?

honestly the trance abilities are super in your favor. curaga does like a full heal. you just have to be able to survive the souped up iron giant which isnt easy. fortunately, debrave is a thing now

I am also way behind on my total power level. That 45,900 is total, not just one character. Because I am behind everyone else. I'm fine with that. I can still do just fine on the event, even if it'll take me another few fights. I'll figure out how to get it higher as my levels finally go up. Right now, Cloud, Tifa, and Barret are at 34. Nowhere near 55.

my first attempt was an A+ on the VH event. good for 15th place for now, which will drop very quickly.

time to grind Shiva without using stamina boost I guess so I don't run out of memories I can cash in, run out of co-op medals for the week or waste stamina getting to 50 kills

the shiva fight dropping when it did is great because I just need a little fire res to take down the big pumpkin (i think) and i've never bothered grinding the solo version. shame i'm constantly at co-op medal cap with recent events though!

No character gacha? What a waste. I know lots of people hate those but I just can't get excited about pulling items and weapons.

I'm gonna max Shiva in a few fights but need those campaign crystals, so just doing the 28k fight in case I get a good drop that I don't need

Im very confused. I maxed Ifrit, using hellfire, but Im seeing other people doing around 50k with theirs and Im only doing 33k. Is there something Im missing here? Its in the same coop battle with all of us one after another, so its not like Im missing out on bonuses.

not really. they open up new VH dungeons each month but other than that, nah

No way am I clearing out the entire event shop in the next two hours. I have gotten the Chocobo Staff all the way up and only have three Pumpkin Blasters left (I'll likely only get one of them), plus have a slew of other things. Gonna have to see how much I have and make some choices.

I'm not sure where that is but I definitely need to do that to boost Cloud's weapon level. Would be nice to get some Lifeguard Wraps while I'm at it. I had no idea what I was doing during that event but at least I got my favorite wallpaper for the game. So the Lifeguard Wraps are still one of my higher-rarity weapons.

But given what the other ones are, I'm using a "girl power" party of Tifa, Aerith, and Lucia. I don't have anything good for crowd control but that's about the only weakness.

Yeah I'm not into that new Tifa costume... at all. The Lifeguard is 100% my thing so I'm keeping that forever. Even if I get a new phone (finally got this linked to my Squenix account), which I will need to do soon.

Party is now Tifa, Aerith, Sephiroth. Didn't kill as many Iron Giants as I wanted to but ah well, I'll survive. This new event lasts a long time so I hope to clear out the shop this time... or at least come closer. Depends on how bored I am (and how many times I can play it instead of doing one of my numerous projects here).
