Where have you been? Female people hate it for some reason. I've noticed "panties" is also hated by a lot of them, no idea why or what they want you to say instead but it's something I've noticed.

I use "females" when appropriate, i.e. when I'm talking about females of all ages and not specifically women or girls. Males have no problem with being called males, btw.

Problem is Incels has taken that word for theirs to insult women so using it in that context is offensive. Did the OP in that Reddit post use it to be offensive? No. The problem was that he used female and when was informed about how it can be offensive he totally closed his mind and didn't give a shit about how it can be offensive. His attitude about it was what got him modded apparently.

But that mod is a self righteous asshole who prolly looks like the average reddit mod.

You can't say "The females blah blah blah" in a colloquial sense online without people instantly assigning a nasally conservative voice to whatever you are saying. Like, nice try gaslighting though, easy tag. If you are on a National Geographic reddit and are talking about the mating habits of female cheetahs or whatever, no one is going to fucking care.
