GenesisSaga 08/30/23 2:59:54 PM #7:	Period Kawaki wo Ameku Wow that was a very strong second match. I'm ashamed to vote against Unravel in its first showing, but that is a really good OP. Is the anime it's from any good? I loved the first season, but TG fell off a cliff for me after the abomination that is Root A. Haven't seen LotGH either, but that OP, while I'm sure is very nostalgic for those of you that have seen it, did nothing for me, and Period is my second favorite OP from Brotherhood. --- That girl is poison... I give no points for artistically misrepresenting the content of the show, nor did I like the music. The animation is I think good for the time, at least. But Period is an amazing song and the video is also very good. Not close. Yeah I was pretty sure Domestic Girlfriend was some awful trash but the song is good. I tried to give Tokyo Ghoul a shot and it never sticks, but I really like the OP song and I like the effects they're going for with the animation. I haven't watched LotGH yet, so I'm missing that. The song is grand as fuck though, I could see why it would be a big OP for people. While Period isn't breaking the mold for OP's, it takes it here slightly for me. I like both in this second match almost evenly, but there's something about the concept of the animation in Kawaki that I dig more.
