Justified - I guess I would say Fire in the Hole since it's a perfect little movie in its own right. Though I will give a shout-out to Hole in the Wall which is a fun stand-aloneish episode with the first of a few of Patton Oswalt's great guest turns in the show. I thought of Fargo I guess the pilot episode? Thought of Black Sails because I binged it for the first time lately. Tough to choose one there because its highest highs have lots of buildup to them and I don't think its pilot is really the right answer either. Would probably go with the season 2 finale - it's an all-timer with proper context but probably still amazing without it.
