If you have a second car, live near public transportation, or rideshares, you may not need coverage that pays for a rental car while your car is being repaired. Live in a state with positive or "good driving" points, so a minor ticket won't make you go negative. Don't get tickets. If you do get tickets, take a safe-driving course.
