IIRC this is how segregated businesses became legally mandated in certain Southern states after Reconstruction. The white-only businesses complained the businesses that didn't segregate had an unfair advantage. As a result, they forced segregation on everyone to appease them.

It is crazy that people are finally holding the corporations accountable but it is about stuff the corporations should be doing rather than about stuff that the corporations do that degrade our society. Like below living wages, inflation for no reason, exploiting workers, destroying the environment, poor safety regulations, etc.

Yep. It's so revealing that they got mad about that, because objectively nothing was being taken away from them - just a new item added to the menu. But these people want to feel superior to others who aren't like them, so of course ideas like diversity and inclusion are offensive to them.

I havent seen anything about that. Only stuff I can find is from a few months ago and the few people mad about it seem to be mad at the price and how little food it is.

Maybe theyre mad that Chick-fil-a stopped donating to the places that hates the LGBTQ+ community
