whether it can be combined with a roleblock i'm not sure, but with that much vision at night in the town it seems inevitable that a ninja exists

i am incorrect though there's zero reason to combine a ninja action and a roleblock action, you'd much rather hide the kill if you have the option

so it would have to be a built in "ninja roleblock" action via an item

that's substantially less likely than i was thinking previously.
