BotW is the only one in the top 10 that'd be a contender for my own. It's a fine list, I guess. I'd be more interested in a "best 100 games of the 21st century" list than this. TLOU feels borderline for similar reasons - but I'm obviously wrong about that since people seem to love the TV series. Also it had a huge impact on AAA gaming as a technical achievement, that's just facts, so it's understandable. Still feels like a bit of TV show recency hype. edit: Oh the top like, 25 or 30 or so is actually pretty good. Lots of bangers, classics both old and modern in there. Even if someone 90% agrees with a list overall, they'll call it bad because their personal favorite thing didn't do as well as it 'should'. HeroDelTiempo17 posted... TLOU feels borderline for similar reasons - but I'm obviously wrong about that since people seem to love the TV series. Also it had a huge impact on AAA gaming as a technical achievement, that's just facts, so it's understandable. Still feels like a bit of TV show recency hype.
