I love their wholesome videos. I have been ripped off by them though and admit they are sketchy.

That being said the YouTubers hammering on about DKOldies are grating.

I am ultimately for DKOldies in a masochist way. They continuously deliver me subpar products. So when I get an actually good condition game I am in awe. I think its funny how the cosmetically flawed youtube shorts look better than my good condition carts. Ultimately it is all relative I guess. I just can not wait to see what went wrong with my Digimon World 2 order. Label already canceled.

They removed my The Thing Xbox and Saturn stunner because they claimed they were out of stock but I think its because the price was fair.

I think the same is happening with my current order. They actually had Virtua fighter 2 at a bargain.

I cant wait to see how fucked up the Saturn game they ship looks. Should be glorious but now canceled :(

i feel bad for siding with DKOldies though because I generally find their haters entertaining and genuine.

Even if DKOldies make some funny or cute videos that doesn't mean shit if they are charging a high price for stuff then usually delivering not even the base level of what they should. There are also countless stores out there that also offer this stuff, it's not like the only place to get a Pokemon Gold is from DkOldies.

Id be fine with their prices if they didnt say they refurbished consoles, if they wanna sell a N64 for $500 thats fine just dont make out youve taken it apart and done something to it when you havent.

When a bunch of YouTubers keep buying from this place to try to prove some point, they've missed the point.

I mean, I've yet to get ripped off but Lukie Games is what they do but just much better.

The only time they canceled something I ordered was a PS2 copy of Splashdown which is, to be fair, a really cheap game. Hell I ordered both Breath of Fire games on SNES from them recently, BoF2 being a rather pricey game, and everything worked out fine.

Needs an option for "I know literally nothing about what you're talking about". Especially since you didn't really bother to explain it in any way.

Most of the problems are with their consoles who they claim are fully refurbished but usually arrive in a horrid state especially for the price. Even when buying games from them you are typically paying more than most other sites that sell games.

So really they seem to try to sell to people that have no fucking clue about what old games/consoles should cost or Grandma's who buy it for their Grandson and also have no fucking clue what they should cost. Grandson asks Grandma to buy him a Super Nintendo and she finds Dk Oldies by happenstance so there ya go.

They also typically don't ship consoles with the normal controllers made by the manufacturer so you can get some jank ass controllers if you buy from them.
