If you find that you have minor energy issues, you could also split the difference and equip the Sumeru craftable claymore (especially if you have enough billets lying around to get it to R5). But Kaveh is one of the few that can get them consistently without too much effort. Lore-wise, Cyno is one of the most powerful humans in the game. But Hat Guy is essentially the same as ~~Raiden's puppet who obliterated Signora in one second and fought with Ei for centuries~~. Even if he's only half as strong as that version, Cyno's chances of winning would be very low. But he does have a *chance* of winning, and there are few characters outside of gods or demi gods who can say that. --- And who are you, my little friend?
