You have to have some sort of intriguing combination of just enough social awareness to know who Snoop is while being just the right amount of tonedeaf to both be aware of what nizzle is while competely missing the fact that it's a euphemism for the n-word.

I don't think the usage is ever meant to be construed as a negative either, it's just kinda odd how someone can say they don't know what it's supposed to mean.

I just thought it was some stupid way of saying "for sure", much like how stuff like "what's the word, hummingbird?" was just a general inquiry as to what's happening (and isn't directed toward actual hummingbirds)
