He either didn't know what the location did, or I baited him into playing there by starting with Sunspot then killing it with Carnage when he put Dracula there. The original plan was to Magik or Reality Stone it later in the game, but he just dumped all his power there for some reason lol

Got into the 80s. Not sure if I wanna push more before the season reset

I love it, makes for some excellent mindgames.

I run Scarlet Witch. So nobody plays anything there unless the have The Hood. On turn 6 I drop Scarlet there for an easy win.

So, thr mystery boxes on the seasonpass can give gold, credits or even variants. I think we can all agree, that you have like 99% chance to draw into a pixel variant.

Today, luck was on my side however:

Hit Monkey is a lot of fun to play

My Death/Knull deck is probably my absolute favorite at the moment.

For context, Venom was in the right lane and I already had a 0 cost Sabretooth in my hand. Left lane puts Knull on my side and Infinaut on his.

Next turn, he plays Magneto on the left lane and drags Venom over.....too bad I played Shang Chi on Turn 6 and got rid of Magneto, Infinaut and his 9-power Sunspot. Meanwhile Sabretooth was in the right lane for extra assurance (thank goodness).

Death/Knull decks are always my favorite to play. After I get Electro, I think my next goal is gonna be Thanos. I really want to try a Thanos destroy deck.

Hit Monkey with cloning labs or beast sounds like it would be absolutely absurd.

Managed to snag Mystique for the monthly free pool 3 card. I have pinned Zabu to grab with collecters tokens, need a few more for him.

Both seem like good picks thar work in multiple decks.

I did a Wong/Hit Monkey/Beast deck for a little while yesterday and got Hit Monkey into the 50s hahaha. Not consistent though

I know Shuri gets hated on (and rightfully so), but I can't lie and say this hasn't been a fairly consistent and fun deck for me.

The ideal play is T4 -> Shuri, T5 -> Nimrod, T6 -> Destroyer, of course. It fucks heavy with people who are expecting a Shuri > Red Skull play and try to use Shang Chi.

Hobgoblin's a fun alternative T5 play because Shuri makes him -16 (I wish I had Daredevil for this)

If you don't have Destroyer on Turn 6, you can use Venom and/or Deathlok. I also like to leave Wolverine, Bucky and Nova out for Destroyer. Colossus is to give a safe power boost in areas where you might need it, Armor is there in case you have a Venom/Winter Soldier you're trying to protect OR if you want to play Destroyer somewhere without worrying about Shang Chi.

Green Goblin is to make it harder for the opponent to deal with boosted Nimrod/Destroyer on Turn 6. The risk of Green Goblin being played on a full lane or getting bounced back to you is mitigated since Destroyer can remove him off the board anyway.

Also got Doctor Doom thanks to the free Series 3 card so I'm still working out what deck to use him in

You could also use Cosmo for this, as well. Same overall effect but it can disorient your opponent even more. Only problem is he's a bit more expensive.

I do use Cosmo in my Spectrum Destroyer deck, but the problem with Cosmo for this deck is it wouldn't protect Winter Soldier or Venom if I need to play Destroyer in a different lane or if I DO play him in the Cosmo lane, it prevents his effect from going off to activate Nimrod/Wolverine/Nova

Sort of a variation of my other Thanos deck, playing around with bouncing cards and using destruction effects to manage board space. Have seen significant success thus far, but I'm only rank 25.

Once I get paid I'll be adding Hit Monkey, probably in place of Angela. Played around with adding Falcon, too, but without cost reduction he doesn't do the job that beast does so he's harder to make good use of.

I'm one of those people.

Run Shang Chi, Green Goblin, or Aero.

Shang Chi destroys Knull, GG shuts down Galactus if you've got priority, Aero does the same for a late game Galactus.

Sunspot being nerfed makes me sad.

Sentry getting buffed is kinda intriguing.

I don't have a deck that uses Gamora but that is an awesome variant.

Its funny how they keep nerfing not shuri for her deck lol. When she drops to pool 3 I bet shell get wrecked

Lockjaw and Shuri are just 2 cards they don't wanna touch. Lockjaw makes sense because he creates fun and unique decks but Shuri I'm not sure if they can change her without her destroying her.

I think Lockjaw is in a good place with the Quinjet nerf. Yeah he can pull some bs but he can also screw you by having a bunch of low powered cards get pulled.

Shuri is a little more difficult but Im surprised they havent tried anything yet. Not even like a temporary cost/power change just to see

Doubling is just way too powerful...they could just make her a higher-cost Forge and give a flat power bonus instead of doubling. It will still benefit cards like Black Panther and Nimrod, as intended, but won't totally break the game.

In their patch notes they said they have ideas for Shuri but it would be part of a major patch, not a hot fix.

Honestly the Shuri decks are annoying, but at least they buff up my Knull sometimes lol.

Thinking about a Sera Quinjet deck. Cards like Agent 13, Coulson, Moongirl seem like good fits, but I'd also need a few jard hitters.

Both Collector and Bishop also seem like good picks because they could keep growing. Gonna experiment a little with it.

My deck is centered around DD, getting a full hand to power it up. Just an idea if some synergies there.

One of the best feelings in the world is making a good Shang Chi play. He's one of the highest potential values in the game depending on what he swats and when.

Deadpool is kinda a must for a destruction deck.

Hell yeah, lol. Sadly it doesn't work with Zero because the card has to be 'played' and the stipulations conflict with each other.

It wouldn't be as bad if Leech had a viable counter play, but you literally can't counter Leech unless you got Kang or something, and that won't help if he gets in early.
