Sandman is a problem card. I don't know if he's actually OP or not, but he's definitely annoying as shit.

Sandman wasn't a problem he was just good because the meta is about low cost cards. I hope that buffs not real otherwise he's even worse than before his much needed buff

I feel like any card that can affect what your opponent can play from their own hand should be deliberately underpowered. It's just too much influence over the other player's game.

Reiterating, I don't really think he's OP, but he's annoying.

He's a card that affects the entire opponent's playstyle, can only be countered directly with one specific card(Enchantress), and can entirely shut down a ton of decks. He's like Cosmo, but worse, because you can actually play around Cosmo sometimes.

He definitely don't need no buffs and he's a problematic card in of himself.

I feel like 4/1 Sandman was 'balanced' but only in the sense that his board impact was very low while having a very high game impact regardless. Spending a turn 4 to gain 1 power but hamstring the next two turns was a pretty solid play if you ran a ramp deck.

Giving him 5 power made the benefit way too big. Costing 5 is barely even a limiter in an Electro deck. When you run Electro, a card that costs 4 and a card that cost 5 are basically identical in terms of flow.

I was playing my Thanos-Galactus destroy deck. I had ALL the stones. I played the game like I didn't have Galactus. Then they put down Prof X in the one empty spot they were winning where I'd have won if I played ANYTHING else.

Seriously, I was winning in every location, and if they had put down X in that location under ANY other circumstance, they would have lost.

And it was 100% a bot too, they figured out their play far too quick.

Bots without a doubt will read your next play and counter it. It's stupid as shit.

I think this was the longest game I ever played. This dude let the time run to 0 every turn before ending it. He used the Ms. Marvel emote.

I think he thought he could win until Odin dropped. Then he had to sit there through the whole animation of Odin going off four times, hitting Ironheart 4 times for each one.

Very cathartic to get 8 cubes for that one lol

The stats don't show that though. Sandman at the time was pretty much unplayed and had an atrocious winrate even in favorable metas. On top of that, the only ramp that really worked with him at the time was Psylocke - playing him with Electro was crippling yourself because then you were dedicating one third of your possible plays to 1 power.

I personally would like to see a card that mirrors Heimdall that allows you to move everything to the right instead so move decks aren't as predictable, or maybe a buff to Heimdall that would allow you to send cards in one direction or the other(though im not sure how that would be implemented, a different card is probably just easier.)

If Heimdall is placed in the left location move all units to the right. Otherwise, move them to the left.

Although I didn't appreciate until now that Bifrost moves units to the right and Heimdall brings them back

Spidey 2099 could be very strong. Being able to just destroy a card for that low cost is absurd. I'm considering putting him in my Thanos deck. Space stone and 2099 = bye.

Bur yeah, Gwen herself being the season pass card is fantastic, she looks REALLY strong. I'm not the biggest fan of Silk, though. She only really combos with Kraven and maybe Miles. She could work well on K'un Lun too I suppose.

I'm so God damn tired of playing against bots. My last 6 games were against bots and they all happened to be games where the AI just had the perfect cards at the perfect moment to perfectly destroy my deck with no effort necessary.

So tired of this shit.

Man really want both those cards. Really want Iron Lad in my Negative deck, even if he gets flipped, taking on Iron Man or White Tiger's effect would be amazing. Though might make playing Bast more difficult.

Never seen those decks before. Feels like someone trying to shove Cerebro into a Patriot deck, but that just doesnt work. These are the two Cerebro decks I use:

Cerebro 2: Iceman, M Baku, Nightcrawler, Luke Cage, Beast, Goose, Scorpion, Cerebro, Mystique, Brood, Storm, Blue Marvel.
Cerebro 3: Wasp, Bast, Armor, Scarlet Witch, Sentinel, Cerebro, Mystique, Rhino, Spider-man, Magik, Professor X, Valkyrie.

I love the Shuri/Nimrod/Destroyer combo so much

Baat is just stupidly good value. If you're running a lot of lower than 3 cost cards, Bast is basically guaranteed to be 4+ power for one energy. Bonus in Cerebro 3 because she can hit both Cerebro and Mystique to make them 3 power

Yeah, Bast can do a lot. She's not bad in a Thanos deck, either, if you get a hand full of stones and then play her. Devil Dinosaur is also 3 power by default, so he can safely be played with her, too.

I felt a little bad about the Prof X, but the Modok/Hela was telegraphed too much. Would've won if X had gone to Avengers Compound too, since he only cost 3 and Sunspot would've gotten the rest. Bast is very good in Cerebro 3. Lets Wasp, Cerebro and Mystique get the Cerebro buff as well. Valkyrie is also good for that. Too bad Scorpion is so common, might try to fit Luke Cage in my Cerebro 3 deck as well what with Bast and Valkyrie in it.

I dont think the cat/dog bundles are worth it. If they had a variant I might care. The value is there, but not what I want.

Blue Marvel can be used in Cerebro 2. Boosts all the 2 powers to 3 power giving himself the buff as well.
