the easiest way to test BCT is by getting a train on him, and when he gets angry enough to reveal his alignment, even if he's Town, half of the players will be convinced they need to lynch him anyway, so it's kind of a mixed bag

Keep in mind that my first game back was the only time I was scum. Since then, I've been town in Baseball Mafia (replaced out), Fork 2021 Mafia, and now here.

I've learned quite a bit since then, both by playing and reading. I don't even know how my scum game would look different than my town game after all this, but the only way to find that out is for me to actually roll scum again.

Sorry Sheep, betraying the only one that tied to buddy up so far is mean spirited. But the combination of Sheep's first post making a special player appeal to BCT, calling me a buddy, and then offering a same-time claim was three quick "hmmm..."s for me. fwiw, when BCT was Scum, I fosed him on his first post, and since then I've usually been the person saying he's Town because he gets mad when he's incorrectly fosed.

I think there's a very significant different between the two - BCT more didn't know what to do when he caught as Scum, but he gets really upset when people call him Scum and try to lynch him.

Ergo, he's likely Town rn

Probably deep space 9 for overall stories but tng's cast is better. Picard the goat.

Oh also I think BCT seems a lot more chill as scum and was far more in control when he had direct coaching. I think he's already shown enough of his panicky town side of things to convince me he's either been told specifically to replicate that (hence my wifom statement in my last post), or is just genuine. Either way, let's not tunnel him for multiple days because it is draining and pointless and gives us very limited content.

I watched the Search for Spock for the first time recently and yeah I could have done without.

I asked you why you were "convinced" Dumey is town, and you ignored it. Ulti pretty clearly indicates he thinks Dumey is scum.

Though I am starting to suspect something, and that something would make you both town. Idiots, but town.

Is this a bad time to say that I've only ever really watched Star Trek the Original Series? I mean, I've certainly seen some TNG episodes here or there, but the Shatner years were the only ones I actually watched through start to finish.

Yeah but if say I was his scum buddy that's a pretty easy 'bct obviously he is joking play along' and I think half the game has that level of expertise to coach.

But Sultan is right. This happens every game, and I get tired of it. I try to change my approach to a calmer one, then get caught up in the game again and my paranoia goes through the roof. I can't help myself for whatever reason...
