I feel like trying to think hard about why scum killed Lea is foolish. She's a strong player, han is probably protected n1. Trying to say "scum wanted town to look at this" is probably coming from a spot where you know what scum discussed and you want the conversation to go in that direction. But you're not tactful enough to do that.

But in hindsight, your reactions were less than stellar.

And right now, trying to ponder why scum killed Lea, I think you slipped and let on that you know more reasons why scum killed Lea.

But we've got 8.5 hours until day end and I don't think there's any consensus on who is getting lynched. To avoid a B8 special, I petition that we make Ben claim (or JC if y'all would prefer that).

I feel like we need something to focus on so we can narrow down the otherwise wide lynch pool.

And your vote at the end of day 1 was so out of character for what we saw from you last game. I think you knew I'd get on your case again for not voting :)

I won't stop others from pressuring ben if they feel that is right, but i feel like he could have caused a lot more chaos at day end if he wanted to without really drawing much attention to himself.

What do you mean you "THINK" that's the reason Han and Sbell didn't recruit Sultan? You had access to their conversations! You would know exactly what reasons Han and Sbell had for refusing to recruit Sultan.

Han clearly stated that Sultan was too town to be recruited that game. Everyone thought Sultan was town. It had less to do with Sultan possibly making a mistake as scum and more about a town Sultan possibly sticking out like a sore thumb for not acting so town-y anymore. That's how I interpreted Han's intentions, at least.

This is specifically the moment I am remembering. Maybe I'm wrong, but that is how i interpreted Sbell's feelings about Sultan. If plum is alive in final 3 then he shouldn't be instantly written off as 100% town.

There Ulti, happy? I've already been over how if you just look at the unvote without context then you're missing a whole lot. Sure, scum plum could have done that action to save me. But the way he did it and his demeanor came off as incredibly genuine to me, and he very easily could have let anyone else make the call.

I also find it a little off-putting that Ulti is 100% sure I am Town.

Being totally honest, hanging out with friends is good for me and I don't want to actually get banned from mafia. I like it here. But I've lived in Jersey my entire life, and it's impossible to get rid of all the f*** you arrogance. I do try tho (honest!), and a lot of stuff just does not come off well in text.

Not to defend Ulti, but this is kinda dumb Kirby. It should be obvious that there is value in reevaluating people's performance outside of the lens of just the lynch. I'm not saying Ulti has everything right in his recap, but if he comes to the conclusion by the end that Plum should still be considered scum while everyone else is soft clearing him for choosing between a potential town/town lynch, then that can be valuable to identify a blind spot in the general town perception. I'm not sure why you're calling a player giving reads of the day "white noise". Are you that scared of Ulti's readthrough that he might find your scummates?

I'll be honest, even with me thinking dumey is likely scum yesterday and today i don't ultimately have a great read on him. It's a general vibe but I can't point to any specific thing. I think he's much better than i am at faking town, and he puts in a lot of work no matter what. He cares. Look at last game - after lopen died, dumey had the most posts in the game as scum.

It's redundant is what it is. Han, Peaf, and I already had a lengthy discussion about Plum being possibly scum. Even Sultan chimed in asking what would happen if Peaf is scum. And we all came to the same conclusion: the likelihood of Peaf and Plum not being the same alignment is low, and given how the day unfolded, it's likely they're both town.

Yes, it's possible that both are scum, but Ulti isn't treading any new ground here.

There's value in reviewing the posts from the previous topics, obviously. But Ulti is barely taking the current game state into account when making his conclusions. That's my problem. Without full context, he can say anything can look scummy. And I don't know if he's just being full of himself and thinking he's a genius or if this is his attempt at making himself look towny, but it all just feels disingenuous because he's not really saying anything productive that moves the game forward.

I really don't care about his Sultan read. He's welcome to accuse Sultan of being scum, but his arguments for Sultan being scum don't feel like anything more than "just trust me bro". I'm drawing the line at Plum because it really feels like Ulti isn't even trying or he's faking it.

Why don't you explain to me what value you've found from Ulti's posts, hm?
