The seams at the corner of the back pockets. Or, much more commonly, the bottom of the legs. Almost every pair of pants I own are worn at the bottom of the legs. A 32 length is slightly too long but a 30 length is way too short. Nobody sells 31 length.

Historically, it's mostly been the crotch (usually failing catastrophically there before even beginning to show holes anywhere else), but since I've been biking less (mostly working from home, so no daily bike commute) I've had some knees go first instead (which isn't a big deal, so I keep wearing them until the crotch goes).

Seems odd though that I have underwear that has lasted me 10-15 years with no holes, yet just about every pair of jeans has a hole in the crotch after just a couple of years.
