maybe it's a bit sketch but id prefer to avoid a pill i do espresso so at least that avoid the coffee teeth stains piece and the acidity in the stomach for the most part (at least in my experience). it's straight up 60 seconds from button press to in my stomach --- St. Louis Battlehawks (1-1) ... I was thinking about getting some for using as a pre-workout. I hate the mixed drinks and they all taste like ass to me now.
