-Chicken feet
-Veal brains
-Camel (ground into a burger patty)
-Lutefisk (betraying my lineage here but )
-Chicken feet (amazing for stock, meh as an actual dish)

HM:
-Rattlesnake (was ground up into a bratwurst w/ rabbit meat)
-Escargot (was a common culture shock gag in 90s media but idk if its really that polarized nowadays - very good, though)
-Sea Urchin (same as above but not nearly as tasty)

The meats I've eaten:

Ostrich
(I liked it, tastes and feels like a very dry cut of beef)

Bison
(Better than beef)

Duck
(Greasy)

Alligator
(Feels like beef, tastes like chicken)

Rabbit
(Meh, not that good. Like a gamey frog.)

Pheasant
(Very gamey.)

Frog
(Slimy, but tastes like chicken.)

Dog
(Tastes like a cross between beef and pork.)

Freshwater Eel
(Had it raw, it tasted like steak.)

Saltwater Eel
(Gag! Nearly vomit inducing.)

Goat
(MMmmmmm, delicious! Better than lamb. Much better than lamb.)

Venison
(It was okay. A bit gamey, but nowhere near as gamey as pheasant.)

Beef tripe
(Hard to chew and swallow. Not a fan. Tastes like beef, though... obviously.)

Cow tongue
(I used to love it. Now, it has no flavor to me anymore.)

Ox tail
(Delicious!)

Goose liver pate
(Ehhh, it's an acquired taste. Not bad, per se, but I'm not a fan. It can sometimes taste metallic.)

Caviar
(Imagine tiny balls of sea water. Now add it's own weight in salt. One teaspoon is enough... anything more is *TOO* much.)

Gefilte fish
(It's only good when it's cold and the broth has jellied around it.)

When I was a kid I used to absolutely adore lambs brains, escargot and frogs legs.

Now I wouldnt eat any of those three.

Mainly because 1. Spongiform encephalopathy 2. Rat lungworm 3. Id feel sorry for the frog
