Trending waaaay below all the other Star Wars series. I have heard though that this is probably the best Star Wars content we have gotten in years, sucks the brand has been hurt so bad that no one is watching when we actually get something good. I might watch it now it is rated so high, but I just started House of the Dragon and I really don't have any interest in seeing a prequel to Rogue 1.

I just don't know how it effects the rest of the timeline.

Like, we have Andor set like a couple years before the Battle of Yavin, then Endor is a couple years after that battle.

That's not enough time to cover Bndor or Cndor, Dndor is completely out of the question.

Yeah it was mediocre show after mediocre show that ultimately hurt Andor and its viewership. Plus, while Gabriel Luna is a great actor, his character in Rogue One isn't really anything special. There's no nostalgia like Ben Kenobi or anything that makes him stand out like Mando to hook the audience to the marketing.

I've been watching it and it's the best Star War show imo.

Not surprising. Andor's a much more unknown character compared to the likes of Obi-Wan and Boba Fett. Much less likely to attract views.

And then it has that live action cosplay of that rectangle haired space chick from the venture brothers. Could have lived without seeing that.

i still haven't watched it. Mandalorian was great. Boba Fett was kinda boring (except for the Mandalorian episodes lmao), Obiwan was god awful, i gave up halfway through, and i didn't care about this dude before when i watched Rogue One so meh.

Its better than all of the other recent series with the exception of the mandolorian. I almost didn't watch it because everything else was so disappointing. Maybe that's why it's so low.

Just because nobody is watching it doesn't mean it's necessarily bad. Most people dgaf about anything Star Wars now anyway (and haven't really cared for a while). As said, it's getting great reviews.

Thats odd, Ive seen nothing but praise for it. And it completely baffles me.

I dont know what it is about this show (and Rogue One for that matter) that makes them immune to typical angry nerd criticisms, but they hit everything that I see typical angry nerds who think theyre film critics complain about but suddenly for this specific part of Star Wars lore, its completely ok.

As for the show, Ive just found it incredibly boring. And not boring in a good way where there are at least likable characters, but in the way where I feel like they could have taken everything from the first five episodes and condensed it down to an hour. I guess it doesnt help that I didnt find anything compelling about the main character when he was in Rogue One and thats still the case here.

Maybe its just too casual for me. The latest episode was pretty good at least. If they keep up that level of quality, the show may end up alright.

And of course, in b4 all the insults about my tastes

Its so much better than any Disney Star Wars thing, and the first interesting thing theyve done with the IP since buying it, so of course no one watches it. People will moan when Disney double down on the dumb shit like they have with the MCU and its woeful direction, but youll only have your self to blame.

Basically, look at this about like when Ant-Man came out in the MCU. It was about a C-list Superhero that most people didn't know or care about, following a massive movie(Age of Ultron) that was at least acceptable to most at best, so when Ant-Man didn't do bangers at the box office, it wasn't exactly surprising
