The combat is still fun but everything else is pretty meh

I was playing it some years ago and it felt pretty dated, but it was still fun regardless. Never did get to finish it though. Hopefully we get a remake or a sequel.

I'm playing it now and yeah it feels dated but I'm enjoying it.

It was pretty meh even then. It hasn't aged poorly as much as it's always been kind of mediocre.

I was super disappointed by the size of the world, Hames was super promising untill you realize the world is so incredibly small.

Combat was great and I love the Pawn system.

Dragons dogma was a jrpg companys first attempt at making an actual rpg.

For what it was it was legit at the time.

im pretty sure Capcom has done better since then but they never were a heavy heavy jrpg company.

I played it for the first time 4 years ago.
It was amazing! It aged just fine.

BBI is way better than the main game, though. The open world is disappointing, but I also am not a huge fan of open world games anyway, so it at least not being too big was a plus for me... Tilting a joystick forward for several minutes is not "gameplay".

Master works all, you can't go wrong..

replayed about half of it a few months ago, I think it's still great

if I'm playing on a new system or lose my old files, I always hack myself back into having ten portcrystals because of this

It's "aged" perfectly fine for me

Still remember randomly fucking the kings wife and going to jail for it, only to be let out the next scene.
