If this had come out a few years ago people would be more welcoming but the genre has been so flooded and there's been very little innovation on the formula. Say what you want about Bethesda but no one has yet to successfully copy the feel of their games. I'll be curious if Starfield gets hammered too because it doesn't seem like Bethesda has improved their standard formula since Skyrim/Fallout 4.
