This, what was that person thinking? You're lucky to even get same day. Usually for my dad's meds it's 2-3 days after calling them in.
Youd be floored how often people expect and demand their medications mere minutes after seeing their doctor.

Nope, most of the time we use the same phone numbers that the patient would use. We generally dont have any secrets or shortcuts. Or time.
