I'd anti-vote ODST if I could Halo 2 vote here. Story peaked with this one. Gameplay is close to peak here too-- the other games have more stuff but it doesn't add too much that's substantial-- this is the first one I feel has the formula close to right. --- No problem! Oh I didn't expect my nom to come up so soon! 2 > 1 > 4 > 3 > ODST > Reach No idea why two games without Master Chief are in a Master Chief collection but whatevs. They're all decent games. 3 is overrated (the plot is so bad), 4 is a bit underrated imo, the spinoffs are fine but ODST's story is nothing and Reach's gameplay is weirdly fiddly. 1 is the tightest package of the lot but 2 has the higher highs, I'll give it to 2. --- Very slowly becoming a Final Fantasy aficionado. ... Hands down, 3. They perfected story and gameplay. It will never reach those heights again. ODST has a very decided vibe, but it still feels like add on DLC to me. 1 and 2, solid but they had to walk so 3 could run. Reach felt depressing for the sake of being depressing, and 4 had a really nice story but buggered everything else. 5 is complete nonsense. Wars 1 and 2 do not count and I have still not played them. Spartan Assault and Strike aren't here, thank God But not having Fireteam Raven as an option is ridiculous --- Citrus#5627 ... Copied to Clipboard!
