I think I decided against buying the pre-battlepass because I read that it requires nearly doing as many challenges as possible every day since earlier launch and I don't really approve of it. Still kind of thinking of one of the Founder's things, likely the $40.

they just added three more long-term challenges worth a bunch of points so you won't have to clear all the dailies every single day if you do those. Still not a bad idea to hold off until you actually finish the progression or get close though, that's usually what I do with these kinds of things

But man I have to say this is the first time in a long while that I have thought a game's music was actively bad. Could not be more boring if it tried.

I always notice the motif from the Steven Universe theme and that's it.

The Adventure Time music hits as well!

I think I noticed Batman's too. It just doesn't come up as much as a stage maybe. When I think of boring-ass BGM in a fighter I do think of modern MK, so I guess it's not surprising.

fair point. It does all just sort of blend into the background, unlike Smash Bros. music which pretty much all kicks ass and stands out during the match.

Just started the beta and I'm really surprised how much I enjoy this

It's kind of a clustfuck at first but feels very satisfying to play

Only playing the free rotation characters right now (Jake, superman, Garner and OCdonotstealdog) and I think Superman is surprisingly my favorite to play as

One thing that sucks is that the character I want the must (Arya) is also the most expensive. Don't know why there's such a big cost difference in coins even though they cost the same gleamium

well at least for me im trying to level the characters i own since theres a big difference between a character at level 1 and 8+. especially when i queue for a game as a level 1 character and get matched with 3 people using level 15 characters. makes me switch back to my high level characters after i play once lol

that being said i wanted to try finn and superman out so ill give them a spin. definitely a better rotation than last week

For what it's worth I've mostly faced other people without perks unlocked yet and I've been running probably like 75%? That might change with other differences
