Voted 2.

1 & 2 are both above excellent, but the boss battles and atmosphere in 2 are off the charts. The ending sequence of 2 might be my favorite of any game outside of MGS3.

3 is also very good, but nowhere near the quality for the first two.

1 was better than 2 from what I recall, but I enjoyed them both

I couldnt even beat the first boss in 3; something about the motion controls was deeply confusing to me.
