Must be nice, I remember at my old house in my front room I was using rollers to paint. Didnt want to take the time to tape off and use a paint brush on the corners and stuff. So about three inches from my ceiling there was just a line with some paint on the ceiling where I just bumped the roller against the ceiling. Looked like complete shit when I got done. Havent painted since lmao

Yeah the prep part taping everything off sucks but it's the secret behind a good paint job. Spend the time doing all the prep and the painting will go by quickly.

Well for me it is. For people who make a living painting they just edge really good and cut un well and don't fuck with tape.

The most hilarious part of me is that they were kids on scooters. Were they electric ones or like the old razor scooters from back in 2000. Because I havent see a razor scooter in probably a decade. So if they were riding around on a razor talking shit that is fucking hilarious

Yeah they're a huge thing as far as I can tell. Maybe its cause of Ryan Williams (who is somehow an amazing bmx rider and skater who started off as a scooter kid).

I'm playing skate 3 right now.

Bmx I quit at 25 cause I was like I'm old time to hang em up. Then at 35 my bjj gym closed down and I thought fuck it imma get another bmx.

I loved the idea of riding a bmx bike, loved Dave Mirra and his video games. Just never liked the idea of crashing and a bike with pegs landing on me. Crashing on a skateboard hurt bad enough

The amount of bruises and scabs i currently have supports that view tbh.

My left leg, nipple, wrist, elbow, and right shoulder are all fucked. But its not too bad its worth it for the feeling of landing a new trick imo.

It sucks Mirra killed himself. Amazing rider even if I was never a huge fan... he was so supremely self confident and I feel like he couldn't handle living as just some guy after his time at the top ended.

Well I just learned that Mirra killed himself, I thought he just died from to many drugs and alcohol or something.

Hoffman was fucking amazing. I think he still holds the record for highest air out of a half pipe.

He also had to come to Canada to get a tendon replaced in his leg back in the day since America wouldn't use synthetic tendons then and he heard the synthetic ones healed better.

Mirra and Hoffman were the only ones I heard of from bmx. Skateboarding was so much more popular here. I think they even made a shitty razor scooter game for the PlayStation.

edit: actually he might not have it disabled. Anytime it fails to work properly (is disabled or account is in bad standing and unable to get @ tagged), the name appears on color (white for me) but when it does work, the name is a different color (blue for me). Everyone in the @ list in this topic is blue except GoatKing (account was banned). My accounts also appear white since I disable the feature.

Couple things. Everyone has a Denny's right? I ordered food from this place called The Meltdown earlier and I always thought "Well fuck I dunno where they are I've never seen em".
