Especially if you have some insane government that is telling you that if you get pregnant you have to have the baby etc. In such a society, just flat out don't have intercourse with a guy that could possibly get you pregnant. That at least is how I would deal with the situation (and again, even as a guy that was EXACTLY how I acted even when younger, not having random sex etc unless it was with someone I was willing to have a child with).
